Membership & Studio FAQ

Getting Started

What classes are included at The Network Yoga?

All memberships and class cards can be used for any regularly scheduled class, including yoga, barre, pilates, sculpt, and specialty fitness classes unless otherwise noted.

I’m new. Where should I start?

We recommend beginning with one of our intro offers:

First Class → $10
7 Days Unlimited → $33.33

These offers allow new students to explore the studio, meet instructors, and find classes that fit their schedule before choosing a membership.

Which membership should I choose?

Your ideal option depends on how often you plan to attend:

  • 1 class per week → 4 Classes/Month
  • 2 classes per week → 8 Classes/Month
  • 3 classes per week → 12 Classes/Month
  • 2+ classes per week or flexible schedule → Unlimited Membership
  • Unlimited memberships typically become the best value at about six visits per month.

Membership Benefits

What perks do members receive?

All active members receive:

• Early booking access
• Priority waitlist placement
• 10% off retail, workshops, and special events
• 10% off additional classes and private sessions
• Access to members-only events and classes
• 10% off select color or keratin services with Level 1 & 2 stylists at The Network Salon

Discounts must be mentioned at checkout.

How far in advance can I book classes?

Unlimited Members → 30 days in advance
4, 8, and 12 Class Members → 14 days in advance
Class Cards & Drop-ins → 7 days in advance

Booking opens at 12:00am on the applicable day.

What is priority waitlist access?

If a class is full, members move into open spots before non-members when cancellations occur.

Spots often open the night before or morning of class.

Membership Billing & Usage

When does my membership start?

Memberships begin on the date of purchase and renew monthly from that date.

Example: Purchase September 10 → renews October 10.

Do unused classes roll over?

No. Monthly membership credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

This allows us to maintain lower pricing and fair class availability.

Is there a limit to how many classes I can take?

Unlimited memberships allow attendance at as many classes as you wish during your billing cycle.

Class-based memberships include the number of classes listed each month.

Can memberships be shared?

Memberships are individual and may not be shared.

Class cards may be shared between spouses or parents and minors when accounts are properly linked.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships are month-to-month.

Cancellation or freeze requests must be submitted before your next billing date by emailing hello@thenetworksalon.com.

If billing processes before a cancellation request is received, charges cannot be refunded.

Class Cards & Drop-Ins

How long do class cards last?

Class cards expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Are class cards refundable?

No. Class cards are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Can class cards be shared?

Yes, between spouses or parents and minors when accounts are linked properly in Mindbody.

Booking, Attendance & Cancellations

What is the late cancel policy?

Barre & Pilates classes require an 8-hour cancellation window.
Yoga classes require a 2-hour cancellation window.

What happens if I late cancel or miss class?

Monthly Members → $20 late cancel/no-show fee
Class Card Holders → one class deducted from your card

Please cancel through the Mindbody app whenever possible.

Why do you charge late cancel fees?

Unused reservations prevent waitlisted students from attending and instructors from being compensated fairly.

These policies help keep classes accessible and schedules sustainable for the entire community.

Late cancel fees are reinvested back into studio improvements.

What if I have an emergency?

If a legitimate emergency occurs, call (860) 426-3642 as soon as possible. Approved exceptions may receive an account credit at management discretion.

Studio Experience & Etiquette

When should I arrive for class?

Please wait in the lobby until the studio shade is lifted and instructors invite students into the room. This allows for safe and calm class transitions.

What should I bring with me?

You can come to class only bringing yourself! We offer studio props such as mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, weights and blankets. You truly don't need to bring anything! If you use a prop please clean it and put it back neatly.

Are shoes allowed in the yoga studio?

No. ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES are permitted inside the yoga studio.

Shoes must be removed before entering and stored in designated areas. Students wearing shoes inside may be asked to leave class without refund.

Can I film during class?

Filming is permitted only if you are positioned against a wall and no other students appear in your video.

Repeated violations may result in loss of membership privileges to protect student privacy.

Can I wear perfume?

Please avoid wearing heavy perfumes or fragrances to maintain a comfortable environment for all participants.

Minors Policy

Can children attend classes?

Students ages 10+ may participate if they can follow instruction independently and respectfully.

Requirements include:

• Their own Mindbody account
• A signed parent or guardian waiver
• Appropriate behavior during class

Participation is at instructor discretion.

Purchases, Retail & Services

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final.

We do not offer monetary refunds on memberships, class cards, workshops, services, or retail purchases. Approved exceptions may be issued as account credit only and must be authorized by the owner.

Can retail items be exchanged?

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days in original condition for account credit.

What if I have a concern about a service?

Please contact us within 72 hours. We do not issue refunds for services but will make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.

Health & Liability

Is participation at my own risk?

Yes. Yoga and fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk.

By attending class, you acknowledge responsibility for your participation and agree to consult a physician regarding your ability to safely participate.

Participation indicates acceptance of our liability policies.
