Answers to the common questions about our in-studio classes

  • What is the cancellation/no-show policy?

    We have a 2-hour cancellation policy.

    To avoid a fee, you must cancel at least 2 hours before class. If you late cancel or don’t show up:


    Unlimited members will be charged a $10 no-show fee


    Class card holders will lose a class credit


    If you booked through ClassPass, you may lose booking privileges

  • How does the waitlist work?

    How Our Waitlist Works


    If a class is full, you can join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added up to 75 minutes before class begins. You’ll receive a notification if you're added, so please keep an eye on your texts and emails.


    If you can no longer make it, we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others a chance. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly and making space for everyone!

  • How far ahead can I book classes?

    Members can book 14 days ahead and non-members can book 7 days ahead.

  • How much do classes cost?

    For complete details on class pricing, visit our pricing page. We have a range of options for one time, multiple times, and unlimited visitors.

  • How many classes are there?

    Right now there are about 35 classes per week, for accurate class information, visit our scheduling page.

  • Can I drop into a class without membership?

    Pre-Registration is preferred - classes fill up, so please register in advanced. We do our best to accomodate walk-ins but cannot guarantee. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to register, sign the waiver and pay.

  • Where are you located?

    We’re located at 409 Canal Street, Plantsville, CT 06479 — inside the iconic Clark Brothers Building. Park in the gated lot labeled 409 Canal or accross the street in the over-flow lot. Walk down the brick trail (trailside) and find us in the 3rd door on the right. Follow signs for the Network. We recommending arriving early for your first visit so you can find us and get settled in.

  • Are the classes heated?

    Our space is usually around 68-70 degrees. Classes are not considered "heated or hot". Our historic space would be impossible to heat due to our skylights and tall ceilings.

  • Do I need to register?

    For the best possible experience, we ask that all students register through MindBody before attending class. MindBody is the scheduling platform we use to manage bookings, memberships, and check-ins, helping ensure a smooth and streamlined experience for everyone. It only takes a minute to set up your account! If you need help, we are happy to help you at the desk!

  • What if I am late?

    To provide the best experience for everyone, we do not allow late arrivals into class. If it’s your first class, we’ll make an exception and let you in—but going forward, please plan to arrive early so you don’t disturb the opening meditation. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early your first time to get settled, find the space, and check in. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the flow of class and the experience of others, so punctuality is important and appreciated.

  • Is membership required?

    No, you may access any of our classes using class cards or single class fees. Registration on our website/MINDBODY app is required to reserve/attend a class, however. You can create a MindBody account on the registration page.

  • Will I be on video?

    No, right now we do not perform any live videos for classes and are all in-studio. If we ask to take an image and or video of you, you will be notified and have the opportunity to say no.
