  • Please check yourself in upon arrival using the iPad at the front desk.
  • Attendance is verified by instructors at the beginning of every class.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. To preserve the experience for everyone, late entry is not guaranteed once class has begun.

4. Studio Etiquette

To help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment:

  • Remove your shoes before entering the studio.
  • Wear shoes everywhere outside of the studio to avoid hair splinters from the salon.
  • Silence your phone before class.
  • Please avoid wearing heavy perfumes or fragrances.
  • Clean and return props neatly after class.
  • Respect the space, equipment, instructors, and fellow students.

5. Instructor Authority

Our instructors are responsible for the safety and flow of each class.

Students are expected to follow instructor guidance regarding safety, class participation, equipment use, and studio etiquette. The Network Yoga reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

6. Photography & Filming

Photos and videos during class are welcome only if:

  • You are positioned against a wall.
  • No other students appear in your recording without their permission.
  • Filming does not disrupt class.

The privacy and comfort of our community always comes first.

7. Health & Safety

If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please stay home and join us another day.

If you have an injury, medical condition, or are pregnant, please let your instructor know before class begins so they can offer appropriate modifications when possible.

8. Minors

Students ages 10 and older may attend classes if they can safely participate independently and respectfully.

A parent or legal guardian must complete a liability waiver before participation.

9. Personal Belongings

Please store your belongings only in the designated cubbies.

The Network Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
