The Network Yoga Policies
At The Network Yoga, we value health, kindness, and respect for your boundaries just as much as we value your time on the mat. Being part of our studio means showing courtesy to your teachers, staff, and fellow students. These policies exist to protect our teachers, our studio, and your overall experience.
We’re grateful that our challenges come from growth and high demand. Thank you for showing up and helping make this community what it is.
Class Cards and Memberships
We offer several membership options, including our affordable 8-class-per-month membership. Current pricing can always be found on our website. Memberships provide the best value for consistent practice.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds on services, memberships, class passes, workshops, or retail purchases. Any approved refund will be issued as an account credit. Refunds may only be processed by the owner.
Service Adjustments
If you have a concern with a service, please contact us within 72 hours. We do not issue refunds for services but will make reasonable adjustments to ensure results meet our standards.
Memberships and Class Packs
Memberships and class packs are non-refundable once billed or activated. Freeze or cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your next billing date.
Late Cancels and No-Shows
Late cancel and no-show fees are non-refundable. If a legitimate emergency occurs and an exception is approved, a credit may be applied to your account.
Retail
Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Any approved refund will be issued as an account credit.
Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Barre and Pilates classes require an 8-hour cancellation window.
Yoga classes require a 2-hour cancellation window.
Monthly Members: Late cancels or no-shows incur a $20 fee (equal to our drop-in rate).
Class Card Holders:
Late cancels or no-shows result in the loss of one class from your card.
Please cancel through the Mindbody app within the required window. If an emergency arises, call (860) 426-3642 as soon as possible so we can release your spot to another student.
These policies ensure class spots are used and teachers are compensated fairly. On busy days, unused reservations can result in significant lost opportunities for both the studio and waitlisted students. These policies are not punitive; they protect the sustainability of the studio and access for the community.
Where Fees Go
Late cancel and no-show fees are reinvested directly back into the studio, not taken as profit. These funds have supported improvements.
Booking Window
General students may book classes up to 7 days in advance beginning at 12:00am.
Members receive priority booking up to 14 days in advance beginning at 12:00am.
If a class appears full, spots frequently open the night before or morning of class. We encourage you to check back.
Entering the Studio
To maintain a calm and organized environment:
Please wait in the lobby until the shade on the yoga studio door is lifted.
Enter through the hallway door near the cubbies and coat hangers once permitted.
Avoid using the lobby studio door except when exiting to the restroom. We don't recommend walking through the salon or building barefoot - you can get a hair splinter which is very painful. Shoes are recommended everywhere except in the studio.
Studio Cleanliness Policy — No Shoes
ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES are permitted inside the yoga studio under any circumstances.
Shoes must be removed before entering the studio space and stored in designated areas. This policy protects the cleanliness of the floors, maintains a hygienic practice environment, and preserves the integrity of shared equipment. Students who enter the studio wearing shoes may be asked to leave the class without refund.
No Filming Policy
We love when students share their experience, but filming is only permitted if you are positioned against a wall and no other students appear in your video. Repeated violations may result in loss of membership privileges. Please respect the privacy of fellow students and the studio environment.
Minors Participation Policy
Children and teens ages 10 and older are welcome to participate in classes provided they are mature enough to follow instruction independently and do not disrupt the class experience. Participation is permitted at the discretion of studio staff and instructors.
All minors must have their own Mindbody account and a completed liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to attending class. The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation, conduct, and adherence to studio policies.
The Network Yoga reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any minor whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund, to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Scent-Free Space
Please avoid wearing heavy perfumes or fragrances before attending yoga or fitness classes to support a comfortable environment for all participants.
Liability Release Form
By participating in any class at The Network Yoga, you acknowledge that yoga and fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk. You agree it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding your ability to safely participate.
You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages incurred through participation. While The Network Yoga maintains strict cleaning protocols for shared equipment, you voluntarily assume all risk of exposure associated with participation.
You release The Network Yoga, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims of liability connected with your participation.
A Final Note of Gratitude
Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting our studio. Every update is made with your experience and the health of our community in mind. We are deeply grateful for this community and for every person who walks through our doors. Thank you for showing up for yourself and for each other.
