What it is:

Our kids yoga program is a fun, welcoming space where children explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression through age-appropriate yoga classes. Designed to support physical development and emotional well-being, each class introduces children to simple yoga poses, breathing techniques, and playful activities that build strength, flexibility, and focus. We incorporate music, stories, and games to keep kids engaged while helping them connect with themselves and others in a positive, nurturing environment. Whether your child is brand new to yoga or already enjoys movement, this is a great way for them to grow physically, emotionally, and socially — all while having a blast.

Who it's for

These classes are perfect for kids ages 2–8 who love to move, play, and explore. Whether your child is full of energy, needs help winding down, or just enjoys trying new things, our yoga classes offer something for everyone. No prior experience is needed — all children are welcome, including those who are shy, outgoing, or somewhere in between. Our classes are designed to meet kids where they are developmentally and help them build confidence, body awareness, emotional regulation, and connection in a positive and encouraging environment.

About Your Instructor

Sam is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with over 8 years of practice. Her journey into yoga began after being diagnosed with lupus, a condition that inspired her to seek holistic practices to manage her health. Through yoga, Sam discovered a powerful tool for combating symptoms, improving her well-being, and staying balanced both physically and mentally. This transformative experience ignited her desire to share the healing benefits of yoga with others.


As a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. She specializes in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, creating a harmonious blend of movement and stillness to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With additional certifications in Reiki Level 2, Trauma-Informed Care, Sound Healing, Mindfulness, and Children's Yoga, Sam is deeply committed to offering a holistic, inclusive, and nurturing approach to wellness.


Sam’s mission is to help others find their own sense of peace, healing, and empowerment through yoga. She believes that everyone can benefit from the practice, no matter their background or physical condition, and is passionate about creating a safe space where students can explore and grow at their own pace.
