Waitlist and Late Cancel/No-Show Policy

How Our Waitlist Works

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added up to 75 minutes before class begins. You’ll receive a notification if you're added, so please keep an eye on your texts and emails. If you can no longer make it, we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others a chance. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly and making space for everyone!

Reminder: We have a 2-hour cancellation policy.
To avoid a fee, you must cancel at least 2 hours before class. If you late cancel or don’t show up:

• Unlimited members will be charged a $10 no-show fee
• Class card holders will lose a class credit
• If you booked through ClassPass, you may lose booking privileges
