Meet Samantha


Samantha Jones is a certified 200-Hour registered yoga teacher. She has been practicing for six years and teaching for four, as a graduate from Soul Space Yoga & Wellness.


Her journey began with the passion for meditation, which is why her teaching style is deeply rooted in breathwork (pranayama) which she sees as the bridge connecting mind, body, and soul. This belief has led her to specialize in yin, hatha, and restorative yoga styles where breathwork is emphasized.
