Sierra Jackson

Sierra is a devoted yoga teacher, doula, and homeschooling mother of three whose teaching is deeply rooted in reverence—for the body, for the Spirit, and for the sacred rhythm of life itself. Certified in 200-hour Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yin, and Kids Yoga, she brings a gentle yet powerful presence to each class, weaving together anatomical integrity, intuitive movement, and spiritual wisdom.

Her journey into yoga began as a soul calling—a way to reconnect with the Divine through breath, prayer, and presence. Over the years, her practice has evolved through motherhood, injury, and spiritual transformation, yet always returns to the same center: to live sincerely, to teach from devotion, and to walk in alignment with the call of the Holy Spirit.

Sierra’s classes are rich with intention, offering students more than just movement—they are invitations to soften, to listen, and to return home to themselves. She honors each phase of life and believes yoga should be both accessible and sacred, meeting the body where it is while gently guiding it toward strength, clarity, and wholeness.

Whether she’s guiding a mother through prenatal breathwork, holding space for a child’s first mindful movement, or supporting a student in deep surrender in a yin pose, Sierra leads with compassion, presence, and a deeply embodied spirituality that transcends dogma and honors Divine truth.
