Policies

The Network Yoga Policies
At The Network Yoga, we value health, kindness, and respect for your boundaries just as much as we value your time on the mat. Being part of our studio means showing courtesy to your teachers, staff, and fellow students. These policies are here to protect our teachers, our studio, and your experience.
We’re so grateful that our “good problems” come from being busy and in high demand — thank you for showing up and making this community what it is.
Class Cards and Memberships
We’ve recently added an affordable 8-class-per-month membership, in addition to our other membership options. Pricing can be found here — it’s truly the best value to become a monthly member! There was also a small price increase on class cards on 8/23/25.
Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Starting September 1st, barre and pilates classes will move to an 8-hour cancellation window.
Yoga classes will remain at 2 hour window since we usually have a bit more space there.
- Monthly Members: Late cancels or no-shows will incur a $20 fee (equal to our drop-in rate).
- Class Card Holders: Late cancels or no-shows will result in the loss of one class from your card.
Please cancel through the Mindbody App at least 8 hours before class begins. If an emergency arises, call us at (860) 426-3642 as soon as possible so we can release your spot to someone else.
This update is necessary to ensure that all class spots are used.
To give perspective: on one Saturday alone we had 14 spots go unused, a $280 loss for the studio and our teachers — and this happens daily. These policies aren’t meant to punish; they’re meant to protect the health of the studio and give every member the chance to practice.
Where Fees Go
Your late cancel and no-show fees are always reinvested into the studio — never profit. These funds have supported:
- The cold towel program for fitness classes
- 20 new community mats for Studio A (currently on the way)
- Brand new yoga blocks
Every dollar goes directly back into improving your experience.
Booking Window
To keep things fair and open up more opportunities:
- General students may book classes up to 7 days in advance at 12:00am.
- Members enjoy priority booking up to 14 days in advance at 12:00am.
If a class looks full, don’t worry — spots almost always open up the morning of or the night before. Keep checking back, and you’ll likely find space.
Entering the Studio
We know you’re excited to get to class, especially on weekends! To keep the space calm and traffic flowing:
- Please wait in the lobby until the shade on the yoga studio door is lifted.
- Once it’s up, enter through the hallway door near the cubbies and coat hangers.
- Avoid using the lobby door unless stepping out to the bathroom — it’s not meant to be a main entrance.
This ensures the first class can finish peacefully, put props away, and keeps the lobby free of traffic jams.
No Filming Policy
Social media videos are fun and we love being tagged, but please do not film unless you are up against a wall and no other students are in your video. Multiple violations will result in you losing your membership. Please respect the privacy of other students and our studio.
Scent Free Space
Please avoid heavy perfumes before yoga and fitness classes.

A Final Note of Gratitude
Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting our studio. Every change we make is with your experience in mind. We are so grateful for this community, and the fact that our challenges come from growth and high demand is truly a blessing.
We wouldn’t be here without you — thank you for showing up for yourself and for this community.
